General Information - Tell Me More - How to Apply
Good companies—no, great companies—invest in executive education. They identify and encourage those who will lead the organization's mission and ensure its sustainable impact on the community. ABC/NY’s Arts Leadership Institute (ALI) is for new, emerging, and would-be leaders on their paths to executive roles at great arts organizations. Participants will be empowered with management techniques, personal leadership competencies, and the ongoing support of mentors and peers.

Since 1965, ABC/NY has drawn on the resources of the business community to sustain and improve the nonprofit arts community. This fall, through American Express's generous commitment to leadership development, we can again offer our unique Arts Leadership Institute. ALI 2010 is appropriate for arts managers with 5—15 years of experience who can commit to six day-long sessions in October and November.
