cultural tourism initiative (cti)
workshop series

Cultural tourism workshops are presented in New York City and in locations around New York state. Each workshop presentation provides an overview of the cultural tourism industry, an understanding of the different entities involved in cultural tourism, and how to make the most of a partnership. The workshop series provides guidance on creating new cultural tourism projects and explains the CTI grant program guidelines and application process.

All CTI workshops are free of charge. Individuals from various sectors (e.g., arts, travel, tourism, hospitality, retail, civic, etc.) are welcome. Potential applicants for CTI grants are strongly encouraged to attend the workshop. The same workshop will be presented at four different locations.
