Fritz N. Desir
Founding Partner/Strategist, ALLY, New York, New York

As Founder and Managing Partner of ALLY (pronounced al-EYE), Fritz leverages his over 11 years as a digital marketing strategist in the direct marketing and creative services industries.

Beginning as a Senior Account Manager at Nia Direct, a targeted direct marketing firm, he provided strategic consulting and worked to develop integrated direct marketing programs for companies such as Columbia House, 1800COLLECT, Fingerhut, AARP, Sears Portrait Studio, AT&T, and Kraft Foods.

Shifting to the creative services industry, Fritz served as a consultant in senior management positions in the creative services departments at some of Wall Street's most venerable companies including Lehman Brothers, SalomonSmithBarney (pre and post merger), NationsBanc (now Banc of America securities) and Deutsche Bank.

In 1998, as a pioneer in the initial wave of Internet commerce and web startup companies, Fritz founded Biguse.com, as the first online concierge and convenience portal for business professionals.  The service allowed users to handle daily life tasks (house cleaning, buying groceries, renting videos, and taking classes) via the World Wide Web.

Actively seeking to combine his expertise in marketing strategy and creative services with technology and development, most recently Fritz founded ALLY, a digital branding and outsourcing firm, to help clients' better leverage the power of relationship marketing in the digital space.  Specializing in building digital marketing programs that open brands for input, ALLY uses new media digital platforms (e-mail, web, mobile, and CD-ROM) to realize the Interactive part of the World Wide Web.

In conjunction with his team at ALLY (formerly THRUST360) , Fritz has also creative directed and executed interactive campaigns for the likes of 20th Century Fox, Columbia Pictures, Showtime Networks, Scholastic Books, Revolution Studios, BET and Spike TV as well as the first interactive marketing program (in its 70-year history) for the World Famous Apollo Theater in Harlem, New York.

Fritz is a sought after speaker and has given talks on best practices in interactive marketing to graduate-level students from Fordham, New York and Columbia Universities and is a proud member of the Tribeca Performing Arts Center in New York.
