"Failing to plan is planning to fail." This phrase sums up the reason why developing and writing an effective business plan is essential to your organization. A business plan provides your organization the opportunity to work together to create a road map examining in depth, the mission, management, marketing, operations and the financials. The plan also enables all staff to realize the elements of planning and communication that are critical within the organization on a department and interdepartmental level. This workshop will provide you with an overview and the needed materials for writing an effective business plan. Case studies will be utilized to expand on planning essentials.
Other Notes: This workshop is designed for managers and administrators from small – mid-sized arts organizations with a budget size of under $100,000 up to $750,000.
