This workshop will look at tools and techniques to invigorate your current board and to recruit new members.

You will:

• Learn about tools you can use that enable board members to better understand their responsibilities and assess their own performance.
• Become aware of new models of board operations that engage board members in more meaningful ways of supporting the organization.
• Gain knowledge about the key steps you need to take to identify, recruit and engage new board members.

This workshop is for Executive Directors and senior staff who have key roles in working with and developing the board. Bring a board member and receive half-off your registration fee!

Other Notes: This workshop is designed for small to mid-size arts organizations with a budget size of under $100,000 up to $750,000.
