Presenter Bios

Barbara White
Principle, Transformation Coaching and Consulting, LLC.

Barbara White has used her financial and organizational development background to work with nonprofit organizations to set strategic direction, better align their work with the emerging needs of the communities they serve, and deliver the most impact based on the available resources. She serves on the Board of the United Way of Morris County, chairs the Inclusion Sub-Committee, and is currently engaged in a full program impact assessment. She was a long-standing member of the Board of the Women's Fund of New Jersey where she served as co-chair of the Planning and Innovation Committee, which included Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Membership sub-committees, and she has consulted to the Morris County Chamber of Commerce.

Barbara is the former Vice President of Human Resources for D&B, North America and held that same position with the Consumer Division of Pfizer. She also held senior human resource and organizational development positions in the Pfizer Pharmaceutical Division and their corporate group. Barbara began her career as an auditor with KPMG. Her 18-year finance career included roles with Digital Equipment Corporation and Prudential HealthCare, and she was the first professional CFO of Teach for America. A CPA, Barbara is a graduate of Rutgers and holds a Masters in Organizational Development from American University. She is the principle of Transformation Coaching and Consulting, LLC.
