This workshop will explore how institutions can achieve a new culture of inclusion by creating pathways to diversifying within their organization. Some say that diversity initiatives are not effective because of their interpretation and the real issue is how organizations struggle with how to be inclusive and how to value differences. Once you achieve a culture of inclusion, valuing diversity is no longer “separate,” but is naturally woven into decision making, resource allocation, and social interactions. You won’t want to miss this discussion!
This workshop will be moderated by Donna Walker-Kuhne.
