Eulynn Shiu
Research and Evaluation Manager,
Americans for the Arts,
Washington, District of Columbia
At Americans for the Arts, Eulynn manages the organization’s Creative Industries and web-based survey research projects, as well as internal and external program evaluation efforts. She has also held positions at the Chicago Humanities Festival; the Georgetown Public Policy Institute, as research assistant to E.J. Dionne, Jr.; and the Pew Internet and American Life Project, where she published a report on instant messaging. Her master's thesis investigates the impact of digital media consumption on public participation in the arts. A member of The Metropolitan Chorus and an avid patron of the fine and performing arts, Eulynn earned a bachelor's degree in communications and international studies from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University.
