Noel Hayashi
Director, The Center for Creative Resources, New York, New York

For the past thirty years, Noel Hayashi has given arts organizations across the  country a unique and defining image, and those organizations have used that image to expand their reach to the community and the world. Her aesthetic sense draws on the principles of balance, harmony, and simplicity to create not just a marketing package, but also an essential identity for each artist or organization. Noel’s own passion for the arts and her intuitive perspective on how one’s creative process fits into the broader cultural context of a community provide her with the ability to synthesize artistic vision into professional reality.

As founder and president of HAYASHI, Comprehensive Marketing for the Arts, Noel conceptualized marketing campaigns for the Paul Taylor Dance Company, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Martha Graham Dance Company, New York’s City Center, the Orchestra of St. Luke’s, the New York Youth Symphony, New York Chinese Cultural Center, New York Gilbert & Sullivan Players, Theatre Projects Consultants, nycMusicplaces.org, and others. A violinist, Noel holds a bachelor's degree in music from DePauw University.
