Volunteers for the Arts

Arts groups have long known good volunteers are invaluable—and today’s times add emphasis to that. We invite all nonprofit arts organizations to join the Arts & Business Council Business Volunteers for the Arts program and the Foundation Center for an inside look at what it's like to be a skills-based volunteer and how to manage such a volunteer program. You'll learn how to find volunteers, and even hear how one panelist climbed the ladder from volunteer to board chair!
Share your experiences and learn from your colleagues. The program will focus on the arts, but others are welcome as space allows, since much of the advice is of general interest.
