An associate of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP specializing in nonprofit corporate law, she allocates a percentage of her time to pro bono public work in the area of corporate governance. She is the author of several articles in this field including, "A Judge is Not a Government Official for Purposes of the Self-Dealing Rules...Or is He?" in the May/June 2006 edition of the Family Foundation Advisor.
