Victor Gotesman
President, The Center for Creative Resources

The New York-based Center for Creative Resources (CCR) offers small- and mid-sized arts organizations services in board development, management, strategic planning, financial planning, marketing, fundraising, and organizational development. For larger institutions, CCR provides short- and long-term feasibility studies, strategic analysis, and business plans for arts-related projects. Victor Gotesman, along with Noel Hayashi, founded The Center for Creative Resources in 2003; his expertise and experience as an arts administrator encompass all aspects of performing arts management. As Managing Director of Jaffe Holden Acoustics—whose projects include Zankel Hall at Carnegie Hall, the renovation of the Kennedy Center Concert Hall and Opera House, and the Lincoln Center Master Plan—Gotesman administered financial and strategic planning, marketing, and organizational development. Prior to joining Jaffe Holden, Gotesman was President of Theatre Projects Consultants, principal-in-charge for major feasibility studies, and advisor on issues of arts center administration. A presenter himself for 25 years, Gotesman was Executive Director of the Cerritos (CA) Center for the Performing Arts during its crucial start-up. He developed and implemented all policies and procedures, staffing, programming, and operations, and under his tenure, the Cerritos Center ranked among the highest grossing theatres in the nation.
