Alumni Careers
Since its inception in 1988, the Arts Management Internship Program has launched many participants’ careers in arts administration. Alumni have gone on to work at arts organizations in a variety of disciplines, including Asian American Arts Alliance, Battery Dance Company, Big Apple Circus, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Brooklyn Museum of Art, Bryant Park Restoration Corporation, Children’s Art Carnival, Children’s Museum of the Arts, The Field, Film & Video Arts, Jamaica Center for Arts & Learning, The Joyce Theater, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, National Endowment for the Arts, New Heritage Theater Group, New York Hall of Science, Queens Theater in the Park, SHoP Architects, Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, TADA! Youth Theater, Theater of the Riverside Church, The Point CDC, and Universes Theater Company.

Other alumni have worked in arts grantmaking, while others have attended graduate school (for arts administration, business administration, and even medical school!).
